I know what I did to gain the weight: I went from being a tea-totaling whole-foods plant-based eater to being a cheese-devouring stress-drinker. And I never seem to find the time to get out into nature and I don't even make time to walk. But I am inspired by your journey, so starting today, I'm making big changes.

I’m so glad this helped and good luck. FYI I used to say I lost 40 pounds and now I stayed 30 because I gained 10 back last year and I still don’t know why it is so difficult to pinpoint cause effect and is so important to talk about and yet it’s different for many people. For instance, one reason I think I gained 10 pounds is a changed from almond milk to oat milk, a very healthy change for most people various reasons I don’t believe so for me. I’ll let you know if it works. Good luck in your sleuthing session: how did you get in the weight? What minor life changes can you make to improve your health? Please share any insights
